You’ll have your highest chances of landing multiple billfish on one trip, but no matter which trip you decide to book you’ll have the opportunity to hook up on the following species: Marlin (Blue Marlin, Black Marlin, Striped Marlin), Sailfish, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi (Dolphin) Barracuda, Yellowfin Tuna, Big Eye Tuna, Roosterfish, Red Snapper, Cubera Snapper, and more! October and November are the best months to catch Blue Marlin, though May also yields great numbers. Sailfish are caught off the coast of Quepos 365 days a year, but the peak season is from November-April. The same applies to the Mahi Mahi bite as well. They’re caught consistently year-round, but October-April are the hottest months.
