What We Provide In addition to the expert knowledge, guidance and instruction gleaned from over a decade and a half fishing here, we provide all of your fishing gear including quality rods and reels, line and terminal tackle. Waders can be provided if you don’t have your own. Life jackets are provided on all guided drift boat trips. Local transportation for your trips can be provided if needed. Fish cleaning is complimentary for any salmon we keep. Local options for packing and shipping are available. Trout and Char are strictly catch and release. All skill levels and ages are welcome. What to Bring We highly recommend packing the following items so that you may fully enjoy your Alaskan adventure: Alaska fishing license (with King stamp for King trips), Warm layered clothing, Wool or synthetic socks, Waders if you have them otherwise we will provide waders for you (please note: felt soles are no longer allowed in Alaska), Two piece rain suit, Camera, Suntan lotion, Polarized sunglasses, Hearty lunch, Water or other beverages. Our trips start in Cooper Landing Alaska where the surrounding natural beauty is postcard perfect. Rare permits allow us to guide you on the very best stretches of this amazing fishery. We fish in small groups, floating the upper Kenai River in our custom 20 foot drift boats. We fish from the boat or stop and fish the best spots from shore in the best places to do some Kenai River wade fishing from shore. Alaska fly fishing and spin fishing for salmon, trout or char in the peaceful setting of the Chugach National Forest or the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge.
