Anglin’ Adventures Fishing Guide Service is Wisconsin’s #1 Choice for catching Trophy Smallmouth & Largemouth Bass, Walleye, Huge Northern Pike, Musky and even panfish. Steve Mortenson holds one Fresh Water Hall of Fame World Record Achievement. Captain Steve is a full-time fishing guide so he practically lives on the water and is in tune of the location of the fish and what they are feeding on. We can handle up to 6 people in one boat and we can offer additional guides with more than one boat for larger groups. When you book with us you are sure to catch that trophy fish of a life-time! Anglin’ Adventures Fishing Guide Service has a 21’ Triton Bass Boat with all of today’s hottest electronics. A comfortable and clean vessel, it’s powered by a 225 HP Mercury Motor and equipped with a fighting chair, casting platform, and live well. We also have PFDs (personal floatation devices) and First-Aid Equipment if needed. Trip prices include rods & reels, all tackle, and all my years of knowledge. You will need to bring a valid Wisconsin Fishing License (for 16 or older), clothing to fit the weather/season, rain gear, polarized sunglasses, sunscreen, beverages and snacks (cooler provided), camera, fun attitude and willingness to learn! Also be sure to bring a cooler and ice for you to take your catch home! Captain Steve fishes the Waupaca Chain of Lakes – located in the center of Wisconsin, just west of Green Bay. The Chain of Lakes is an impressive natural system of lakes that were created when Cary Glacier melted over 12,500 years ago. The beautiful green/blue color comes from the reflection of organic material such as limestone, clay, and alkaline at the bottom and are one of the trademarks of Waupaca Chain of Lakes, sometimes referred to as The Killarneys of The Americas. The Waupaca Chain of Lakes includes: Sunset Lake, Rainbow Lake, McCrossen Lake, Round Lake, Limekiln Lake, Columbia Lake, Long Lakes, Beasley Lake, Young Lake, Orlando Lake, and more! You and your group of six can fish the Waupaca Chain of Lakes with Anglin Adventures Fishing Guide Service today! Let’s go fishing!

Captain Steve is a great guy
We were scheduled for a morning trip out on Lake winnebago. Our captain for that trip cancelled on us. We reached out to Steve, and even though he already had a charter scheduled for the morning he made time for us in the afternoon. He told us he was gonna put us on the fish, and he sure did! It was a slow bite because it was so hot out, but he put us where we needed to be to pull in some great fish. He showed us how to use the bait as none of us had ever fished the bottom for bass. Steve is a great guy to! He matched our personalities great and become just a part of our group while we were out. Can’t wait to schedule again!!!

Professional Captain
Took my son on a half trip before start of college. Had a blast. Captain Steve is a professional. He was friendly, courteous, and engaged in communication during the trip. He taught myself and son the proper techniques of fishing. My son caught his very first fish, a large mouth bass. It was a joy to learn from Steve and spend a beautiful day out on the lake with my son. I highly recommend his services and would certainly use him again in the future when in town visiting my son at school.

Great father/son trip
While I have fished a lot over the years this was the first time in many years my son Chris and I have gone. Steve from Anglin Adventures provided us with a great morning of fishing the Waupaca Chain of Lakes with excellent equipment and fishing tips I never knew. He was also a great conversationalist.
