I have been handed down the tradition and knowledge of fishing Florida waters by both my Grandfathers and my own Father. I have had a fishing pole in my hand since I could walk. I am a youth volunteer at South Shore Community Church in Sarasota. I enjoy fishing with kids and families. I offer 4-hour bay and nearshore Gulf fishing trips, most fishing trips will start early morning around sunrise, or later at your request with afternoon trips available as well. Various flexible pick up locations around Bradenton and Sarasota. Fishing locations and targeted species will be determined my fishing seasons, active fish, weather, wind and tides. I will do my best to keep the rods bent.

Bay trips will target trout, snook, redfish, snapper, grouper, mackerel, sheepshead, flounder, bluefish, and jacks. We primarily fish the shallow flats, oyster bars, and docks for our inshore species.

Tarpon trips specifically target trophy Tarpon, these trips are only available May through July during the Tarpon migration. It’s your opportunity to catch a fish of a lifetime. These trips are in high demand and fill up quick. This is for serious anglers who are willing to put the time and get their shots at the Silver King.

We usually fish off the clear water beaches of Anna Maria Island and the famous Bean Point as Tarpon congregate there in the early morning before making their way down the beach. I prefer to strictly sight cast to these fish as opposed to chumming and dead bait fishing off the bottom. Trust me it’s worth it when you see the giant Tarpon inhale your bait in front of you.
