Spring time is quickly approaching and the fishing is heating up like the weather. Snook are really starting to show up on the flats and the big gator trout are pushing in close to shore and gorging themselves on just about anything they can get ahold of in preparation for their spawn. Redfish have been showing up in great numbers. This is a great time to fish as the water is still crystal clear from the winter as long as the wind hasn't turned up the water too much. Top water action is great early in morning, slow suspending twitch baits and paddle tail jigs are producing a lot of fish. Yesterday we landed a 26 inch trout but did not get a picture as we really wanted to get the fish back in the water. If you are looking for a great time on the water now is the time to book.
