We loved our experience with Captain Ryan! Accomodations were the best! We started out cool and damp with fog and the fish were slow but the action picked up as the temperature rose into the 70"s. We moved three or four times and Captain Ryan put us on fish each time. We caught eight or nine different species of fish and some were firsts for us…Speckled Trout, Drum, Channel Catfish, Sheepshead, Gar, Largemouth Bass, Blue Catfish. Definitley, a repeat is in order on our next trip to NOLA. If you need a shuttle, ask for Tony @ “Goin’ Fishin’”. As good as it gets!

It’s all about Capt Matt. We asked a lot out of him after a major storm passed through the day before our trip. When just about every other crew cancelled he went ahead and accommodated me an my son. My son caught his first fish under capt Matt’s instruction and man o man it was a whopper coming in around 40 pounds an 35 inches. I nabbed one to. The capt was a lil disappointed we didn’t land more but for me and my son it was a memorable trip and we do plan on returning during more favorable fishing conditions and we will be using capt Matt’s crew

Today I had an absolutely amazing trip With Captain Joel and believe this, he is funny, Knowledgeable of the waters and damn good at his craft. My friend and I caught our targeted fish and had a great time with Joel even as he give history lesson on this area. I totally support our local businesses and glad to see the guys doing what they love. Captain Joel & Captain Matt thank you from two combat veterans who needed this trip.
