Whether you are a local, or just visiting the area, Central Florida offers some of the best bass fishing in the country. As a USCG licensed captain and full-time professional bass fishing guide, Captain Shea Arnold will guide you on the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes, including Lake Toho, Istokpoga, and the Winter Haven Chain of Lakes.
Located a short drive from Orlando, and only about five minutes from Legoland, in Polk County, which is home to over 554 lakes, Captain Shea and Big Bass Guide Service fish in many of the most sought after public and private lakes throughout Central Florida. Captain Shea specializes in trophy bass fishing and will tailor each trip to your needs. He will also provide all the gear required for a great day on the water.
Captain Shea fishes off of a beautiful 22ft Harris Cruiser pontoon boat, with a 90HO 4 stroke mercury engine, that will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people fishing, or 12 non-fishing guests who would just like a relaxing cruise on the lakes. We target only Largemouth Bass, but may see a few Crappie along the way...
While Captain Shea will provide you with your rods, reels, and tackle, there are a few items you should bring: Most importantly is a valid Florida fishing license. You may also want to bring appropriate seasonal clothing, rain gear (just in case), sunglasses (preferably polarized), sunscreen, a hat, a camera and your favorite drinks and snacks. The boat is equipped with an ice chest and Captain Shea will provide ice and water to drink.Whether you are a beginner, or experienced angler who wants to "up his game", Captain Shea and Big Bass Guide Service will ensure your goals are met.

On your 4 hour morning trip, Captain Shea will guide you on the most sought after public and private lakes throughout Central Florida to ensure that you have the bass fishing trip of a lifetime.
Rods, reel and tackle are provided. Captain Shea will provide the ice and waters for you. Please make sure to bring your fishing license, weather appropriate clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, a camera, and any snacks and drinks you would like.
The use of live wild Shiners to improve your chances of catching large-mouth bass is available. These will incur an additional cost, priced at market value at the time of trip.
