This trip is designed to not only put more and bigger fish in the boat but also target seasonal species of pelagic gamefish. Cobia, triple tail, tarpon, snapper, and grouper will be the focus on these trips. We typically make further runs and fish deeper water much further from shore. We could venture out close to nine miles out and run 10-15 miles down the coastline to waters that are less pressured.

This trip requires a 20 mile run to a spawning area I found over a decade ago. When the time is right, cobia and redfish limits are the norm. Our biggest fish of the year usually comes from this area and last year it accounted for over 60 cobia in 6 weeks.
