Captain Mark Baumgarten owns and operates Cowboy Cowgirl Sportfishing Charters. He provides you with the most professional crew members who have over 70 combined years of charter fishing experience. Whether you are with Capt. Tony, Capt. Josh, Capt. Sean, Capt. Taylor, or Capt. Tom, you will be in good hands because they are all honest, knowledgeable, friendly, entertaining and respectful to the needs of our clients. Whether it’s a family, bachelor party, corporate gathering, or guys trip, we customize each trip based on your needs.
Your fishing charter trip with us will begin in Key West, and depending on where the fish are biting, you could see yourself searching the fishing grounds of Stock Island, Big Coppitt Key, Saddlebunch Keys, Sugarloaf Key, Fleming Key, Dredgers Key, Cudjoe Key, and many other wonderful locations near the Florida Keys.
Trips will take place on the magnificent “Hook’em Cowgirl”, a 37ft Contender side console that is absolutely perfect for deep sea fishing the Florida Keys. She can carry up to 6 passengers and have plenty of room for fishing off the stern of the boat. This vessel is suited with all the fishing gear needed for a successful offshore fishing trip. She features a gorgeous interior with a toilet and plenty of seating options.
You will be provided with high quality fishing gear including rods, reels, and tackle on all your trips. Lures and bait will be included to better your chances of reeling in that trophy catch. A fishing license will be given to you before the trip, and our crew will be happy to clean and prepare your catches after the trip. Ask your captain where the best hook and cook restaurants are in town for dinner options.
Our mission is to put you right on top of the fish. You can target exciting Billfish species like Sailfish, White Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Mutton Snapper, and Amberjack. If you prefer the thrill of chasing predators, hunting down Sharks is one of our specialties.
