Deep Color Fishing specializes in fishing the reefs and wrecks throughout both the nearshore Gulf as well as the Bay in St. Petersburg, Florida. Captain Hank and crew are experts at giving anglers of all skill level the trip of a lifetime. Deep Color Fishing offers trips typically 9 miles out to target Snapper, Kingfish, Mackerel, Flounder, Barracuda, Grouper, Sea Bass, Pompano, Sharks, Redfish, Sheepshead, Hogfish, Cobia, Spotted Seatrout and more! If you have any question about what we’ll be fishing for, just let us know and we promise to give an accurate and transparent report. The season and weather/winds will be the biggest determining factor for where we fish and what we find at the end of our lines. Captain Hank is at the helm of a beautiful 22 ft Allcraft center console powered by a brand new Suzuki 175, 4-stroke engine. The vessel includes a custom T-top for shade, Bluetooth stereo, all of the latest electronics, and best safety equipment needed (including EPIRB; a beacon of sorts if needed in emergencies). We also have a GPS Trolling Motor that helps us sneak up on the fish without having to anchor. Captain Hank grew up fishing Bass tournaments in So California, but has spent the last 10 years fishing the local waters, and is well-equipped to hunt down and catch the fish that live in and seasonally visit Florida’s West Coast. His experience and knowledge is utilized for your trip’s success. There’s no better Captain in the area to fish with than Captain Hank! Four guests fit comfortably aboard the fishing vessel; and we have trips available for four, six, or eight hours. Everything you need is provided: including your fishing license, rods, reels, bait, and tackle. We also provide an ice chest with ice if you want to bring water, beer, or soda for the trip. We also recommend you bring snacks to eat, a hat or visor, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Children are welcome aboard, and we look forward to teaching the next generation a love for fishing! Weather cancellations are at your Captain’s discretion, your safety is their number one priority! You will receive a refund for any weather cancellation, or you can choose to reschedule your trip for a different date.
