Fish the Inshore, near shore and backwater hotspots with Downstream Dave's. Cast lighter weight spinning reels along creeks, rivers and sounds to oyster beds, shell rakes, grass flats & tidal current seams. Both live and artificial bait offerrings are used to target Speckled Trout, Redfish and Flounder. The 'popping cork' is my bread and butter. Catches also often include Black Drum, Sheepshead, Bonnethead shark and other local species. All ages and skill levels are welcome. I own my boat and personally captain every charter I book. I look out for my guest and see that they have a good time. Leave-return times are flexible. This slower paced mini-trip affords both the young and/or the "young at heart" an opportunity to enjoy the sights and sounds of our Georgia coast. Novice-first time fishermen will have a chance to catch multiple kinds of fish. This is bottom rig fishing along the inshore rivers, creeks and sounds. Spectators & sightseers are welcomed too. I will assist fishermen as much or as little as you prefer. 4 person max (must have atleast 1 adult : some instances may allow for a group of 5) Common catches include Bonnethead Sharks, Rays, Whiting, Weakfish, Sail Cats, Drum, Silver Perch, Grunts, Croaker and others. Wether age Seven or Seventy-Seven, come enjoy this adventure. I own my boat and personally captain every charter I book. I look out for my guest and see that they have a good time.
