Captain Chris will insure a great time for everyone, regardless of your experience level. Step aboard a 22’ center console powered by a 250 HP Yamaha engine. This boat was built in 2017 and comes with the latest fishing technology. On board you will find quality rods, reels, and tackle. A private toilet on board allows you to enjoy a full day of fishing without the need to sacrifice your comfort. Up to four passengers can fish aboard this boat, including children of all ages. Elite Charters is comfortable and well equipped for your safety during your fishing trip as USCG approved safety gear is on board. Captain Chris is determined to make your fishing trip a great experience. You can find Captain Chris fishing for Walleye on Lake Huron from April through July. You will target your prize by trolling with light tackle. You also have the chance of catching Yellow Perch while out on the water with Elite Charters. He welcomes you aboard for whatever you’re comfortable with, whether it’s setting lines and netting fish or sitting back and relaxing. This trip was one of the best fishing trips I ever went on. Captain Cris knew right where to go. We caught our limit by 11:30. First mate Dave was on his game the whole day. Nice and enjoyable the whole trip. 🎣 nice people and nice boat 🛥

Full Day Trip
We took a full day trip with Captain Chris on his beautiful 22ft Robalo. The day started out absolutely perfect and in only 2 trips down our trolling path we had netted 27 fish. Some of those fish being some really nice fish, up to one 26 3/4 “. My 8 year old son enjoyed the trip alot as well and Captain Chris did a great job of helping him out. The captain ended up having to call the day because the waves just continued to build rapidly with the wind being from the NE. The waves got to the point of being pretty consistantly btw 5 and 6ft on the way back, but Captain Chris did a fantastic job of safely maneuvering back a cross the bay. I highly recommend Captain Chris and his Elite charters, I can not wait to go back myself!

Half Day Trip (PM)
We went on our first time walleye fishing charter with captain Chris Hixson. We had a wonderful time and we caught our limit of walleye fish. There was four of us.chris said it was not a typical day of fishing because we were catching fish so fast. Chris was running around so much trying to keep our lines in the water but he was doing a great job of it . Chris explained everything thing to us about walleye fishing. Chris has a beautiful boat with plenty of room for all of us.he all the equipment you could possibly want or need. The topper of it all is his flushable toilet.chis is a great captain with a great personality.we will definitely be rebooking with Chris and we will be booking his salmon charter also.
