Sebastian Inlet, on Florida’s Space Coast, is one of the premier fishing destinations in Central Florida. Covering the southern end of Brevard County and the northern tip of Indian River County, it is a popular destination for vacationers as well as locals. Fish Master invites you to come spend the day on the water with Captain Jay and his crew as they help you target everything from Snook to Goliath Grouper to the inlet’s infamous Redfish.

Captain Jay welcomes you aboard the FISH MASTER, a 34ft high speed catamaran that is quick and stable. It has been put together just for charter fishing. FISH MASTER has a large cockpit, with fish box, cold box for drinks and food, comfortable chairs, live well, bait cooler, Marine toilet and large cockpit shade. FISH MASTER is captained by Jay Senne, a seasoned captain with 40+ year’s experience sportfishing on the Florida East Coast, Bahamas and the Carribean.

Fish Master prides themselves as being the number one family boat in the Sebastian Inlet area. The crew is experienced, courteous and professional, with decades of local fishing experience. Whether it’s your first time out, or you’re an avid fisherman, you will find the crew works well with everyone.

With a wide array of trips to choose from, Fish Master has something for everyone. They offer half day, ¾ day and full day experiences. You can choose to spend your time on a nearshore adventure bottom fishing for species such as Cobia, King Mackerel, Triggerfish, Grouper and Sharks, and then trolling for species such as, Jack Crevalle, Tuna and Spanish Mackerel. Or you could decide to go offshore in search of species such as Wahoo, Snappers, Sharks, Groupers, and Mahi Mahi. The choice is yours!

Captain Jay and his crew will provide you with everything you need for a successful day on the water. Rods, reels, tackle, lures and fresh or live bait are all included – along with your fishing license. You will get to keep your catch and Captain Jay and his crew will clean and fillet it for you. Or, if you prefer, they can provide taxidermy service for that trophy catch of the day.

  • Weather cancellations are at your Captain’s discretion, your safety is their number one priority! You will receive a refund for any weather cancellation, or you can choose to reschedule your trip for a different date.

This is a great option for anglers wanting to get a good sense of the local fishery. The half-day trips are from 7 am-12 pm (dock to dock). You will be fishing for King Mackerel, Cobia, and Snapper.

This is the ultimate trip for anglers who will stop at nothing to land the fish of their dreams. Venture offshore and test your skills against some of the hardest fighting fish around. Your targeted species will include Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Snapper, Grouper, and Wahoo.

9 Hour Trip
Captain Jay and the Deckhand Robert were both professional and fun to hang out with, they took us to the right spot got the fish we wanted mahi-mahis. Lots of action! I highly recommend Fish Master they know what they are doing; including providing safety briefing before going out, showed us how to work the equipment, provided us fishing information on what is being caught, and continuously kept the deck area accessible, clean, and safe. Even provided a bucket if you get sick, these guys really care about their customers. Thank you, Fish Master we cannot wait for the next trip! Regards, Mark, Xerxes, Wayne

9 Hour Trip
Received a call from Cpt Jay to ask if we wanted to get an early start, we did. Caught bait before heading out. Waters nearshore were rough but, with the skill of the Cpt and first mate we made it through safely. We went offshore and got on troll caught some bonita and smaller dolphinfish then went out further caught some larger dolphin, a wahoo and a baracuda. On the way in we stopped and did some bottom fishing caught and released several red snapper and a small shark. All in all a great trip and plan on going again.

6 Hour Trip (AM)
The trip was wonderful! Me, my wife, two teenage daughters, son, Dad & father in-law had an excellent day. Captain Jay & first mate, Robbie were very knowledgeable about where they were taking us. We did 2 days of fishing and caught on both days! The 2nd day my elderly Dad came with us & Cptn J & Robbie treated him like family, helping him in & out of boat, making sure he was hydrated & making it possible for him to sit & reel in the biggest King Mac of the day. We live in NC and are already thinking of coming back in Jul 2021 for Red Snapper!! Easy going, knowledgeable, friendly & dedicated to what they do. These guys were the best! Aaron M.
