Clyde Morgan will be the captain on your Islamorada fishing journey. Capt. Clyde grew up fishing in South Florida. He has fished this area his whole life. He holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master 50 ton license and takes your safety very seriously. He and his crew are dedicated to giving you a personalized fishing charter in the Florida Keys. He is always ready to share his knowledge of the local waters and fish species with you and answer any questions you may have.
Your Florida Keys fishing charter adventure with Capt. Clyde will set sail out of Islamorada. Capt. Clyde wants to put you right on top of the fish so you could end up exploring the nearby fishing grounds of Lignumvitae Key, Lower Matecumbe Key, Plantation Key, Tavernier, Layton, Key Largo, and many other fishing hotspots of South Florida.
Capt. Clyde has a gorgeous 20ft flats boat that is ideal for inshore fishing in Islamorada. She is powered by a 115hp Suzuki engine that allows her to get to all the fishing spots in a very timely manner. You will find all the required safety and navigational equipment on board as well as a livewell and cooler. She can carry up to 6 guests at a time so feel free to invite your friends and family along for the ride.
We offer half day, ¾ day, and full day trips that will fish the backcountry, flats, inshore, and nearshore waters around Islamorada. You will be given rods, reels, tackle, lures, bait, and a fishing license on all of your trips with us. We will gladly clean and prepare your catches at the end of the trip. Don’t forget to ask Capt. Clyde about some of the hook and cook restaurants in the area for some dinner options for your catch.
We specialize in fishing the flats for Bonefish, Tarpon, Trout, Redfish, and Snook. Some other species you could chase after on trips with us include Mangrove Snapper, Sharks, Permit, Sheepshead, Jack Crevalle, and Tripletail.
