Weather cancellations are at your Captain’s discretion, your safety is their number one priority! You will receive a refund for any weather cancellation, or you can choose to reschedule your trip for a different date.

Full Day Trip- Inshore

Inshore trips departs Venice marina at 530 am. We will fish the Breton/chandeleur islands for trout, Redfish and many other inshore species. April till August we do wade fishing trips to the islands. If at your request we will bring you and your kayak to fish the islands.
In the fall and winter we fish the many passes and jetties for big bull Redfish that are plentiful this time of year. Trips are usually 8 hours but we can Taylor a trip to meet any of your needs.
Full Day Trip- Offshore

Geaux south fishing offers day and overnight charters to the many oil and gas platforms that are located just offshore of venice La.
We fish for yellowfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, snapper, cobia, Amberjack, and many other species. We fish aboard our 29 ft. Grady White catamaran powered by twin 300 yamaha's. Cost does not include fuel charge. Usually around 300 for fuel. We provide all bait and tackle.

Overnight trip departs venice, marina at 10 am and returns noon the next day.
We will fish the evening bite for yellowfin Tuna experience the night drifting for Tuna around the many oil platforms that abound offshore of Venice La. Then as the sun comes up we will hit the morning bite and depending on the time of the year we will troll for wahoo. As we begin to head in we will hit the close in rigs for snapper , Grouper ,and many other rig/ reef species. Ending back at Venice marina around noon. cost of trip does not include fuel charge
