This trip is typically on the east side of Cook Inlet, but your Guide will make sure you're fishing on the most productive waters. Fishing 2 hours before as well as after the high tide on a private beach in Ninilchik, you'll spend 5 hours targeting Halibut, Skate, Shark, Flounder, Sole, and Cod from the shore.

5 Hour Trip–Beach Fishing High Tide
We chose to fish for half day on the beach bc we have 4 boys who tend to get sea sick. We had an amazing time fishing and caught 120 pounds of fish in 3 hours! There was not a dull moment. Captain McKenzy and Caleb worked non-stop to put bait on our rods and help the boys cast and take fish off the hooks. We saw otters swimming right in front of us, beautiful ducks and birds, huge sea stars and caught a variety of fish such as pollock, cod and flounder. We are shipping it all home and are very excited about all the fish we get to eat in the months to come. Thanks Captain McKenzy and Caleb for your patience and hard work in helping my family have one of the best fishing experiences we’ve had. This was definitely one of the highlights of our Alaska trip, and I’d definitely recommend it.

3 Hour Trip – Lands End Beach
McKenzy and Mike set us at ease right away, got in touch by phone, confirmed that we had our licenses and that we would be prepared to be comfortable while we fished.
I know they call it “fishing” not “catching” ...but these guys really knew their stuff, set up my boys right into the best spot and the kids were pulling in a fish what seemed like every 5 minutes! It was unreal how smooth and easy the crew made this and I seriously seriously underestimated how delighted my kids would be - even my teen who seems determined to dislike everything loved it. 😆
If I could give this experience 1000 stars I would.

3 Hour Trip – Lands End Beach
I took my wife and two kids (8 & 12) on the 3 hour lands end beach charter. It was one of the greatest experiences that my family and I have had the chance to experience. McKenzy and Mike were great with the kids. Showing them how to use the rigs they had set up and the best way to cast. The spot they took us to was great. The kid would cast and have a bite within seconds. McKenzy and Mike were really friendly and were more then happy to share the different tricks and gear they use with anyone who asked. Overall I was extremely happy with the trip as were my family. I would highly recommend this trip.
