Your trip will take place on Captain Darrell's 23' center console. She has a 200HP Suzuki engine and was restored in 2023. The boat has up to date fish finding and navigational technology as well as a live well for fresh bait. Captain Darrell welcomes up to 4 passengers on all of his trips including children.
You and your guests will head out into Galveston Bay to fish for Spotted Seatrout and Red Drum. Depending on the time of year, we'll also target other species like Flounder, Sheepshead, Sharks, and Bull Reds. We had a great time. Darrell was knowledgeable about the area and the fishing. We had to cut our trip alittle short because of the weather but he made good on it.

Half Day Trip
The weather forecast was questionable, for the morning of our trip. Capt. Darrell was great with communication the night before, on deciding if we should go or not. Once we got the all clear we met Darrell at the dock, the location was easy to find as was the actual slip. The boat was great it had more than ham enough room for our group (2 adults and 2 children) and handled the water great. We were on fish within minutes of leaving the dock, got a really nice Red and some pretty good trout. My son and brother wanted to catch shark, so we went to a different spot and did just that. Darrell kept the lines rigged and baited constantly, and helped the 2 younger members of our group with their catches. Darrell was professional, courteous and more than accommodating, we had a great time and caught some great fish, I would definitely book this trip again.
