If you’re looking to land a billfish, Quepos is a fantastic place to achieve this with one of the world's top Sailfish bites plus large numbers of Blue Marlin, Striped Marlin, and Black Marlin. Or if you are looking to test your skills against the magical Roosterfish, our coastline is packed with rocks, islands, and river mouths where an abundance of big Roosterfish call home.
The Jackpot Sport Fishing crew offers a variety of trip options for you to choose from. On our Offshore fishing charters, the primary fishing grounds are 20-40 miles Offshore where we will be in search of Blue Marlin, Striped Marlin, Black Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi (Dorado, Dolphin), Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, Grouper, Snapper and more. Our light tackle inshore trips offer a wide variety of fish species also and preferred techniques are livebaiting, jigging and popping. On these trips, you can expect to catch: Roosterfish, Snook, Snapper, Corvina, Jack Crevalle, Mackerel & more.
Fishing takes place aboard our 31’ Custom Sport Fisherman 'GOOD DAY', which is powered by a 370hp Cummins engine & cruises at 20 kts. Outriggers, livewell, tuna tubes, fighting chair, flybridge, toilet and plenty of shade from the sun are all provided.
We would love to have you aboard GOOD DAY, our availability does tend to fill up quickly during peak seasons, so be sure to book your trip as soon as possible and we look forward to seeing you during your Costa Rican vacation!

Weather cancellations are at your Captain’s discretion, your safety is their number one priority! You will receive a refund for any weather cancellation, or you can choose to reschedule your trip for a different date.
