Captain Tom Ullum will be your Captain as you roam Lake Erie for magnificent catches. Captain Tom started fishing at a very young age. At the age of 10, Captain Tom started fishing in tournaments with his dad and he has been competing at least once a week since then. We will be sailing out of Lorain, but with Captain Tom guiding you, you can expect to cruise the shores around Cleveland, Sandusky, Huron, and many other locations on Lake Erie near the great state of Ohio.
Your fishing journey will take place on the Sportcraft 252 sport fisherman that was built in 1997. She is powered by a 300hp Mercury 5.71 engine that can take her up to 25 knots. This vessel has all the necessary safety equipment and has a GPS and a fishfinder to make finding fishing spots easy.
We offer walleye trolling/drifting trips and also seasonal steelhead charters out of Spitzer’s lake side marina in Lorain, OH. A number of different fishing techniques can take place on your trip including bottom fishing, drift fishing, light tackle, spinning, and trolling. We provide you with all the rods, reels, and tackle required to catch anything in Lake Erie. We also provide bait and lures for you as well.
Our trips love to target the famous Walleye of Lake Erie. We offer morning, afternoon, and full day trips targeting this wonderful catch. You can expect to reel in a Steelhead on some of our trips as well.
