The Madison River is the most popular river in Montana, it offers a variety of water for every angler. Yellowstone River is one of Montana’s largest rivers and offers great scenery AND fishing. Our closest river is Gallatin River and is great for anglers of all experience levels. This river is well known for its large population of wild Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout, all ready to snack on the dry flies and nymphs at the end of your line. The Trout we catch will not be harvested; everything is catch-and-release. You won’t need any experience with fly fishing to fish with Montana Trout Wranglers. Our patient and professional guides will teach you the basics, or offer techniques to improve your skills. By the end of the trip you’ll have the skills and confidence to go back out on your own when you get back home. You are welcome to bring your own gear, but we will provide everything you need for the day.
