A typical half day trips starts with a meet at the prearranged boat ramp and a quick run to nearby spots for speckled trout on topwater lures and soft plastics.. Followed by the remainder of the day being poled across the numerous sand and grass flats that make the Mosquito Lagoon famous. The main target is the abundant Redfish but Snook, Speckled Trout are commonly seen as well along with dolphins, manatees, seat turtles and abundant bird life that make this much more than just a fishing trip. We typically fish with spinning rods and artificial lures but fly rods and live bait is available as well. Don't forge to lookup from time to time yo just might have a front row seat to one of the numerous rocket launches too
