One Last Cast is here to provide you with the best outdoor fishing charter in the greater New Orleans area! All of our trips give you the chance to experience a fun, safe, and action-packed adventure you will talk about for the rest of your life.
Captain Kristian Robert will be at the helm throughout the course of your inshore fishing exploration. Capt. Kristian grew up fishing the waters of this wonderful area and has gained much insight on locating and catching the species that call New Orleans home. Catching fish will come easy for you with Capt. Kristian guiding you out.
Our trips will start out of Slidell and go on to search the fishing grounds around Eden Isle, Lacombe, Mandeville, Metairie, New Orleans, Lake Borgne, and many other surrounding areas near Lake Pontchartrain and Biloxi Marshes in beautiful Southeast Louisiana.
Your amazing fishing charter trip begins once you enter Capt. Kristian’s 24ft Ranger bay boat that is powered by 300hp Yamaha engine. There is no boat better for fishing in New Orleans. She features a GPS and fishfinder to better navigate through marshes and swamps. You will also find the necessary safety equipment for a safe fishing trip including life jackets, fire extinguishers, first-aid, flares, and a VHF radio.
You will be provided with all the rods, reels, tackle and lures needed for a productive day out on the water. Capt. Kristian will use and teach you about a variety of fishing techniques including bottom fishing, drift fishing, spinning, trolling, and light tackle fishing.
New Orleans is home to an abundance of exciting fish waiting for you to catch! Your trips with us will have you right where these species are biting. You can expect to target the likes of Black Drum, Flounder, Redfish, Tripletail, Blue Catfish, Sheepshead, Trout, Weakfish, and many more!

Weather cancellations are at your Captain’s discretion, your safety is their number one priority! You will receive a refund for any weather cancellation, or you can choose to reschedule your trip for a different date.

Enjoy a few hours of light tackle fishing with your friends or family. Target tasty inshore fish, such as Flounder, Redfish, and Black Drum. You get to keep the catch, so look for a good restaurant nearby and go straight there after the trip.

Spend this full day trip targeting Redfish, Trout, and Flounder in the local marshes. The captain will cover your fishing equipment, so you only need to purchase your fishing license in advance. Feel free to bring your food and drinks and don't forget sunscreen.
