Captain Don of Peter’s Nets Fishing Adventures wants to show you the best that Louisiana inshore saltwater fishing has to offer, whether you want to tangle with the mighty bull reds in the outside bays, to top water speckled trout fishing in the spring/summer time. We also offer sight casting trips in the skinny water for redfish. Come see the abundant wildlife you will encounter on your journey. It doesn’t matter if you’re the avid angler or the very beginner we can suit all your needs.
With Peter’s Nets Fishing Adventures you can expect a full day of fun whether it is fishing the flats off the beaches, working the rocks at the jetties or hitting the near shore oil platforms for mangrove snapper, bull reds, and the occasional sharks. Trip prices include your bait & lures, SixGill Fishing equipment and bottled water. You must have your Louisiana State fishing license with you (we do not provide). The boat is a 24-foot Skeeter Bay powered by a 250 HP Yamaha engine; lifejackets also provided. You will want to bring your own food – we highly recommend you bring something to eat, especially in the summer months when temperatures can reach close 100 degrees. Beer is allowed in cans; no hard liquor allowed on the boat; and no glass is allowed.
Our goal is to offer a family and kid-friendly environment so we can have fun and enjoy the fisheries of SE Louisiana. We will fill the boat with fish from the Gulf of Mexico, teach you a few things along the way, and have a great day on the water!
