Captain Zachary Litchfield will be guiding you on your fishing adventure with Port City Charters. Zachary is a certified U.S. Coast Guard Captain and Maritime Officer. He grew up in Charleston where he learned to fish on the Cooper River with his dad and grandpa. Zachary knows when, where, and how to catch any offshore or inshore species any time of the year. Zachary has worked on many private yachts in the southeast from the islands of the Bahamas to right here in the low country.
Your fishing adventure will take place aboard the beautiful 22' Pathfinder bay boat that is rigged with the latest technology and offers a precise, safe and comfortable ride for up to 6 passengers. This vessel is a great platform for open water and in the shallows.It is equipped with the latest technology such as a PowerPole, Garmin Electronics and a VHF radio.
We specialize in catching Bull Red Drum but also target many other inshore/nearshore species such as Red Drum, Sea Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead, Tarpon, Cobia, Sharks and much more.
Port City Charters specializes in light tackle inshore fishing, harbor fishing, nearshore and Shark fishing charters on the east coast of South Carolina. We focus on fishing grass flats, oyster beds, sandbars, backcountry creeks and creek mouths, backcountry structure and the Charleston harbor. We offer half day, 3/4 day and shark fishing trips but can also accommodate any request that best suits your travel plans.
Each trip includes rods, reels, tackle, bait, fishing license. We also clean and fillet your catches at the end of each trip so you can take your catch and enjoy it as a meal when you get back home!
