Our Texas fishing charters begin in Port Isabel. Depending on where the bite is hot, Capt. Jaime may lead you to other nearby fishing grounds such as Laguna Vista, Laguna Heights, South Padre Island, South Bay, and other fantastic locations around the southern tip of Texas.
All the excitement begins once you step foot onto Capt. Jaime’s beautiful 25ft Dargel Boatworks flats boat. This vessel was built with South Padre Island fishing charters in mind! She is powered by a 250hp Suzuki engine that can reach cruising speeds up to 35 knots. This boat features all the required safety and navigational equipment as well as all the latest fish finding technologies. There is room for you and 4 other guests to enjoy the exhilaration of Laguna Madre fishing!
We offer half-day morning/afternoon and full day Port Isabel fishing trips. All of your trips with us includes the use of rods, reels, tackle, and lures. Some of the fishing techniques we may use include bottom fishing, light tackle, and drift fishing. You will need to obtain a Texas saltwater fishing license before the trip. After the trip, we will clean and package any catch you are able to keep.
Inshore fishing in Texas provides many opportunities and the fish here do not disappoint! Some of the species we love to target on our trips include Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Flounder, and Black Drum just to name a few.
