Our service offers you nothing but the most professional, safe, and thrilling fishing charters in California. Captain Ken Hoffman will be leading the way on your Sacramento River fishing charter adventure. Capt. Ken fell in love with fishing at the age of four. Over the years he has developed a keen sense for reading the waters you will be fishing on. He has over 30 years of experience fishing the Sacramento River watershed and loves to show all of his guests the enjoyment fishing Northern California can bring you. Capt. Ken will pass on his knowledge and guide your trip in his typical friendly and courteous manner. He is always ready to answer any questions you may have.

Your outdoor river fishing adventure with Capt. Ken will start out of Anderson and go on to explore the beautiful waters of the Sacramento River. The massive Sacramento River watershed encompasses important rivers and lakes. The rivers include not only the Sacramento River, but the American, the Feather, the McCloud, the Pit, the Yuba, and Squaw Creek. Among the lakes are Shasta, Whiskeytown, Lake Shastina, Lake Siskiyou, and the McCloud and Keswick Reservoirs.

Fishing will be done off of Capt. Ken’s stunning “Vicki Ann”, a 27ft center console boat that is perfect for fishing charters on the Sacramento River. She comes with fully cushioned pedestal seats for a comfortable ride. Her sled design makes for a very stable fishing platform. She can carry up to 6 guests and have plenty of room to fish.

We offer full day trips that will include all of the fishing gear, lures, and bait needed for a productive day out on the water. Capt. Ken will teach you about all the different fishing techniques he uses including drift fishing, jigging, fly fishing, light tackle, spinning, and trolling.

Whenever anglers mention California fishing, they really are referring to Northern California fishing. Fishing this amazing area, you are likely to see Salmon, Trout, Catfish, Bass, Sturgeon, Steelhead, Crappie, and Shad.
