Fishing remains good with glimpses of great. Keeper Redfish have been on a steady bite in the bays with Bull Reds on the sandbars. Trout are showing up at the beaches and rigs in solid numbers also. On Friday my 2 customers and I caught over 50 nice sized trout and 10 bullreds at our first spot of the day. After that we focused on keeper redfish and finished off our limit of 5 per person at the very next stop! Live shrimp under a popping cork was our bait for the trout and a swimbait tipped with dead shrimp with a popping cork for the redfish. Happy customers booked their return trip for the fall as soon as we finished bagging up our catch.
