Tom has fished and hunted all across Maine and New England, Canada, the Great Lakes, Florida, and the Caribbean. He was fortunate to be mentored by knowledgeable outdoorsmen from a young age and he looks forward to sharing his passion for angling with his clients. Conveniently located near Sebago, Standish, Windham, and Portland, Sebago Lake is home to an abundant lake trout (or togue) population. These bottom-dwellers are taken by trolling lures or bait close to the bottom year-round. Captain Thomas is set up for just this type of fishing. At ice-out, salmon angling takes center-stage (typically April to May).

Your lake fishing journey begins once you step onto the stunning 18-foot Starweld Fusion DC Pro that’s powered by a Honda 90 engine. She comes with all the standard safety and navigational equipment and can carry 2-4 passengers under full canvas when the weather is rough. This boat features a Minn Kota Ulterra with iPilot that talks to the Humminbird fishfinder and puts the Cannon downriggers over the fish. This is intimate angling on a boat that was made for catching fish, close to the water with rods that let you feel the fish.

We offer morning and afternoon half day trips, as well as 8-hour trips that begin in the morning. You will be provided with rods, reels, tackle, lures, and bait. Capt. Thomas will also clean your catch after the trip upon request.
