His decision to leave the commercial fishing industry and start a guide / charter service was based on a desire to promote the conservation of this resource by sharing his wealth of knowledge and love of fishing with his clients.

Enjoy fishing from our stable 26ft Parker Pilot House fishing boat which has all up-to-date electrical equipment and a live baitwell. It is spacious and can have up to 4 guests fishing comfortably at the same time. This boat will get us to all our secret areas and get us there fast.

We offer 4, 6, and 8-hour nearshore and offshore fishing trips. Capt. Dan has a full spectrum of well-maintained rods & reels and all the tackle you will need for a successful fishing trip. If you have a favorite or lucky outfit feel free to bring it. Our tackle ranges from 20lb test to 100lb test. We will challenge even the most serious of fishermen and provide an action-packed day. Some fishing techniques we practice include Bottom Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Drift Fishing, Kite Fishing, Light Tackle Fishing, Spinning, and Trolling.

Going about five to six miles offshore you are likely to see many exciting species that call Marathon home including Amberjack, Bonito, King Mackerel, Grouper, Spanish Mackerel, Barracuda, Cobia, Snapper, Sailfish, Grouper, and Sharks.
