My name is Captain Phil Rugari, Captain of Sliprock Charters. I run a clean, safe, fun charter that is sure to give your group the experience of a lifetime. Welcome aboard!

The boat is a 2018 2500 Carolina Bay with 300HP Yamaha Motor, Minn Kota I-Pilot trolling motor, twin talon shallow water anchors, Humminbird Fishfinder/GPS and radar, and 2 livewells. There is more than enough seating for guests and gear, and with top speed of 60 mph we get to the fishing spots quick! This gives your group plenty of time to fish!

Sliprock Charters is a full-service fishing charter right here in SW Florida. We provide everything you need for your fishing trip: including licenses, Shimano rods and reels, top of the line tackle, and a professional Captain to teach and guide as needed.

Whether it's inshore fishing around the backwater and flats, or nearshore fishing on the wrecks out in the Gulf, this 4-hour trip has you covered. You'll test your skills as you bottom fish on light tackle, be it against a Snook, Snapper, Trout, Grouper, or Mackerel. These delicious creatures will make for a thrilling battle, too. Use all your strength to fill the boat and head home with a tasty treat.

Explore the shallow inshore waters and target some exciting species like Snook, along with delicious Trout, Mackerel, and more. While heading out into the Gulf will see you hit the wrecks. Home to Groupers, Snappers, and many more beautiful and tasty species, you'll spend your time bottom fishing to fill the boat with something to take home.

Exactly what someone should look for in a charter. Phil was on time, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Professional in all aspects. We fished a bunch of different spots and he had different techniques for the different areas. Caught fish at every spot.

We Will absolutely book again with Sliprock Charters. Boat and equipment are top notch and new. Once off the dock we were on fish within 15 minutes.. Capt. Phil is very knowledgeable on the species and the conservation as to what is happening in the area.. Looking forward to some Tarpon fishing in June. Book with Sliprock Charters. And you won’t be disappointed.. Rich and Matt form the Chicagoland area

Great trip. Had a great time. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have fun and catch some fish. We had Frank take us on our trip and he was amazing. Definitely will be going on another trip with them when we are back in the area.
