We also have overnight accommodations and stream fishing guides for fall steelhead. Conneaut, Ohio is on the border to Pennsylvania off the coast of Lake Erie. Our 31’ vessel can handle up to 6 guests for walleye trolling. It is powered by two 300 HP Mercruiser engines and is a very clean, well maintained, fishing machine. It has an enclosed bathroom, the latest navigational electronics, and a full arsenal of up-to-date tackle. Something Catchy Charters is a full-time, full-service operation. We do morning and evening trips every day of the week throughout the fishing season (generally May to October, depending on when the temperatures drop and the lake freezes over). All trips come with fly fishing equipment, rods and reels, bait and lures. Be sure to bring with you a valid Ohio Fishing License, which can be purchased here. AM Walleye Drifting

Our Captain will take you out to the walleye grounds and instruct you how to catch fish while drifting. You may use your own equipment or use ours. Although not as fast paced action as trolling, many people prefer drifting for it's hands on experience.
Steelhead Trip

As fall lowers the water temperature, the steelhead trout begin pushing toward shore to make their spawning run up the tributary streams. We position the boat in 8-10 feet of water just a few hundred feet off of the beach to intercept them. We troll inline planer board with shallow diving crank baits and when the bite is on, these aggressive fish really put a strain on the gear.
Walleye Trip (AM-Trolling)

Full day trips leave the dock at 6am and end at Noon or when your party has the maximum number of fish allowed by law. We will deploy as many as 12 rods at a time trolling spoons, crank baits, and spinners. When the bite is on, chaotic is the word that comes to mind. Get ready for sore muscles the next day.
PM Walleye Drifting

Drift for walleyes in the evening. This trip begins at 1pm and concludes at 7pm or when you have caught your limit of fish.
