Captain Payton is the owner of Southern Country Charters in Destin, Florida. He has been fishing and hunting most of his life! He is an experienced duck hunting guide as well and is very knowledgeable about the surrounding waters and the best duck hunting spots. With countless years of fishing experience, he and his crew are ready to serve you and provide you with a safe, fun filled experience.
Your trip will take place on a 22’ center console powered by a 200HP Yamaha engine. The vessel is outfitted with up to date electronics like a GPS and a fish finder. You will also find all USCG approved safety gear on board. A live well for fresh bait and a wireless trolling motor are outfitted on Captain Payton’s vessel. Southern Country Charters can comfortably accommodate up to 5 anglers. You and your guests will be supplied with top of the line rods, reels, tackle, and lures. Captain Payton will supply the bait/lures for your trip and the fishing license for you and everyone in your party.
