Captain Ron Bradway will be at the helm as you enjoy your fishing adventure. Capt. Ron has over 3 decades of experience fishing and running Lake Erie fishing charters. He absolutely loves getting the kids out on the water and introducing youngsters to the outdoors as well as seasoned veterans. Capt. Ron does not usually run a first mate, as he really likes to get the crew involved in running the deck. He loves meeting new people and is always happy to answer any questions you may come up with on Ohio fishing trips with him.
Our fishing charters run out of Oak harbor, Ohio. Depending on where the bite is hot, we may end up exploring the nearby waters of Toledo, Reno Beach, Port Clinton, Catawba Island, and many other glorious locations around the shores of northern Ohio.
All the action begins the second you board our stunning 30ft Cherokee Sport Fisherman. This vessel was built with Lake Erie fishing charters in mind! Her set of 280hp Crusader engines allow for quick travel to and from all the fishing hotspots. She features outriggers, downriggers, power poles, a toilet, poling platforms, and a live baitwell. This boat is spacious enough for you and 5 other guests to enjoy a day of Ohio fishing!
We offer 8 hour trips that target whatever is in season at the time of the trip. Each trip includes high quality fishing gear, bait, and lures. A fishing license will be needed prior to the trip. Some of the techniques we use to catch fish on our Lake Erie fishing charters include bottom fishing, drift fishing, jigging, and trolling.
We will be targeting all of the exciting species that swim this Great Lake. Some of our favorite species to target on our Lake Erie fishing charters include Walleye, Steelhead, and Perch.
