Our 42’ Sport Fisherman is rigged with 2 Cummins Turbo Diesel 450 HP engines. When you’re not fishing you can rest in the cabin that has A/C and toilet on board. We are also equipped with GPS, Fish Finder, Radar, VHF Radio and Safety Features: such as life jackets, First-Aid equipment, fire extinguishers, and Satellite Emergency Beacon.
With STOLAT Fishing Charters you can go offshore fishing off the coast of the Outer Banks North Carolina for Tuna, Wahoo, Sailfish, Cobia, and Marlin. We are WRECK FISHING Specialist Tilefish, Black Sea Bass, Tautog, and Triggerfish. We have a variety of Inshore Trips. We offer Half Day Inshore trips for 4 and 6 Hours; in addition we offer an 8 Hour Inshore Trip for those wanting a Full Day but not wishing to go to the Gulfstream. We are one of the only local charter boats offering Shark Fishing, both Inshore Half Day and Full Day Offshore. All trip prices include bait, rods, and reels. You do not need a fishing license; and be sure to bring your camera, food & drinks (no glass), sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and rain gear (we fish rain or shine!)

Shark Fishing

Fish for small coastal sharks including Blacktip, Sharpnose, Spinner and occasionally other species including small Hammerheads. Most sharks are small and this is not a "Jaws" Trip. Although most Sharks are catch and release, Blacktips and Sharpnose are quite edible. Fishing is done in the Ocean with only a short boat ride.
