Captain Chris looks forward to sharing his passion with others and sharing all of his experience with anglers from all over the country. Tails Up Guide Service is a family friendly guide service and they welcome you to bring the little one for a day of fun as well! You trip with Tails Up Guide Service will take place on a 21’ bay boat powered by a 200HP Suzuki engine. The vessel has 3 live wells outfitted as well as power poles, a wireless trolling motor, and up to date fish finding electronics. The multimedia system allows you to sync your favorite fishing playlist as you head out to the fishing grounds with Tails Up Guide Service. Captain Chris welcomes up to 4 anglers including children and anglers of all skill level. Captain Chris sets you and your guests us with top of the line rods, reels, tackle, and lures. He also supplies fresh bait and the fishing license for your trip. Trips will launch from either Murrells Inlet public boat landing or launch from Georgetown which is about 40 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. Winyah bay in Georgetown SC is preferred as it’s less crowed and offers miles more of great fishing water, but don’t worry the drive will be more than worth it! Your day will be full of fishing opportunities when you hit the water with Tails Up Guide Service. South Carolina has an abundance of saltwater fish that inhabit the bays including Amberjack, Black Drum, Cobia, King Mackerel, Rockfish, Sheepshead, Tripletail, Black Seabass, Flounder, Ladyfish, Spanish Mackerel, Tarpon, Bluefish, Jack Crevalle, Spotted Seatrout, Triggerfish, and much more that will certainly bring a smile to your face on a nice and sunny Carolina day.
