We fished Sunday morning and picked up good trout on plastics on both north and south shorelines. The fish seem like they are still in spawn mode, and if that’s correct, we should have a month or two of really solid fishing before water warms up to Summer temps. Summer is good, don’t get me wrong, but nothing like finding these fish in shallow water with water between 70-80. We have been wearing face masks that usually are for sun protection, never knew they’d come in handy for the transition we are making back to normal. Let’s catch some fish boys!
