I'm just going to jump right into this and say this year so far has been stellar with lots of big healthy fish in all species and in great numbers! The nearshore reefs are starting to produce good numbers in sheepshead, big black sea bass and other great eats! The inshore bite has been absolutely phenomenal and the weather speaks for itself as well for a plus! Hungry over slot redfish have been killing blue crab and live shrimp, hefty speckled trout are all over early mornings, as well as black drum which put up an awesome fight! Sheepshead in the creeks have been seen as well.
