Over eighteen years ago, Captain Jason Bailey went on his very first sportfishing trip out of Cabo San Lucas with Top Anglers Sportfishing, based on a referral and he was immediately "hooked" on Mexico big-game sportfishing. He and Top Anglers Sportfishing founder, Captain Victor Vargas, who formed Top Anglers in 1991, developed a close friendship through their shared passion for offshore fishing in Cabo and a philosophy of treating guests as if they are family.
