My boat, the Twenty Four VII is a 40ft Pacemaker Sportfisherman. Up to 6 passengers can come aboard, per USCG regulations. I’ll supply all your fishing gear and licenses. You can bring drinks, food, and separate cooler to take your fish home. We do have a bathroom onboard and an enclosed cabin if you need to take a break. Twenty Four VII has plenty of seating for our passengers, but is also a fishing beast with downriggers, outriggers, and livewell. Our First Mate will help with all aspects of fishing so you don’t need to have any experience.

Twenty Four VII trolls Lake Michigan for Trout, Salmon, and Steelhead. Fishing Lake Michigan is very seasonal, so what you catch depends on what time of year you’re fishing. Late Spring you’ll see Coho Salmon, along with King Salmon, Brown Trout, and Rainbow Trout. Summertime is by far the best season to fish Lake Michigan, with King Salmon and Trout showing good numbers. Before the weather drops in Fall you’ll see a variety of Salmon and Trout. We recommend booking your charter early, as we do book up quickly, especially in peak months of July and August.

I offer a variety of trips for your group of six: Half day or Full day trips. Half day trips run 6 hours long, while full day trips are 8 hours long. We fish where the fish are, depending on time of year and weather. Bring along your Wisconsin fishing license, extra cooler with food and drinks, and wear appropriate clothes for the weather (layered clothing or rain jackets). Anglers under the age of 16 do not need a fishing license.
