Half Day Trip (PM)
Three of us on the trip. Caught a large jack, a bunch of trout, of which 5 were keepers. Also lots of snook and catfish. Then, a 26 inch redfish. Along the way saw countless birds, dolphins right next to the boat and saw all sorts of wildlife. Austin, who has been fishing since young childhood in this area, was an excellent captain, and a great host and teacher.

My wife and I had a great day out on the water catching more fish than we could keep track of! Red grouper, triggerfish and grunts were just some of what we caught in the gulf. He even took the time to introduce us to snook as we came back inland, which were an absolute blast to catch! Austin is knowledgeable and friendly and really made the trip fun, bringing us to the fish “hot spots” right away. We would highly recommend him if you are wanting to fish in this area!

It was a windy day and Captain Austin found a couple spots behind the mangroves that produced a few fish and was more comfortable. We moved to some different spots and caught a variety including 6 keeper trout, a couple lady fish, some snook and a catfish. Overall an enjoyable time on the bay. Had a great time, highly recommended.
