These lakes are only accessible by 4wheel drive and using a 14’ rigged boat. All nearby lakes, big and small, offer non-stop action and amazing beauty away from the crowds.

Techniques used by Steve and White’s Woods & Waters include trolling, bottom fishing, drift fishing, and jigging. When the ice comes we also offer ice fishing trips. Ice fishing is a really fun adventure when you’re with a professional guide; we’re able to bring all the equipment and teach you this technique. You’ll soon be ice fishing on your own once you get the hang of it!

If you have your own rods and reels, bring them along with you. Don’t worry if you don’t, Steve will provide at no additional cost. You will need to bring your Wisconsin fishing license, along with appropriate clothing for the season (layers are best), hat, sunscreen, and any food or drinks for the day. If you have them, polarized sunglasses are best as this helps with the reflection off the water. And bring your rain gear if the weather forecasts rain. We can fish in rain, but if thunder and lightning roll in then we’ll head back in.
