You and your guests will head to the fishing grounds on a 22' bay boat. This agile boat has a 200HP Yamaha engine and she can get in and out of the inshore waters with ease. The boat is outfitted with fish finding technology and a wireless trolling motor. She's perfect for up to 5 anglers, that includes children as young as 7 years old.

On this trip, you will target the Lake Pontchartrain Kraken, a mythical monster that has been snapping fisherman’s rods and steel leaders around the Lake. Captain Mack will take you to the Kraken’s feeding grounds, and help you and your crew reel in all sorts of beasts from the deep. You will be targeting Alligator Gar, Bull Reds, and the infamous Lake Ponchatrain Bull Shark! This trip is predominately catch and release – that is, if we escape the Kraken!

3/4 Day Trip– Aquarium Catch
Me and my 3 sons-in-law had a great time. Captain Andy and mate John were awesome! I would highly recommend them and if I’m ever back down here I will definitely hire them again. Next time Kraken!

3/4 Day Trip– Kraken Hunt
What a trip! We had 3 gar in the boat within the first hour, finished with I think 9 alligator gar (We kind of lost count there were so many). Then there was the bull Red, all 34 inches of him. Finally, we topped it off with 5 bull sharks (Biggest was 47 inches). And if all that wasn’t enough, we hooked into the Kracken, who fought me hard, and finally spit the hook when he was just a few yards from the boat. Highly recommend Andy and his crew! Amazing experience! (Your results may vary, because let’s face it, not everyone can be that lucky) I know Andy will put you on fish, he will work hard to make sure you get the best chance at them possible.

3/4 Day Trip– Kraken Hunt
This trip was amazing and what was even better than catching the fish i came for was the hospitality of the captain and deck hand more than willing to help whenever needed we forgot our sunscreen and water in the car and the captain made sure to get us taken care of and stay hydrated and was super patient with us who didnt have much experience in these kinds of waters or manners and they did great couldnt be happier with this trip thank you for all you do Captain Andy.
