Zach has an urge to find fish for people and loves watching the excitement unfold as they land the fish of a lifetime. He has been fishing ever since he was a child, he fell in love with the flats over 9 years ago and never looked back.
Your outdoor fishing adventure with Capt. Zach will begin in Islamorada and will scour the flats near Plantation Key, Tavernier, Key Largo, Biscayne Bay, Card Sound, Barnes Sound, and many other wonderful locations in South Florida.
Fishing will be done on Capt. Zach’s 18ft Beavertail skiff that is powered by a 90hp Mercury Engine. There is no better boat for fishing charters in Florida. She can carry up to two guests at once and have everyone fishing at the same time. A wireless trolling motor allows this vessel to glide effortlessly through the skinny waters of the flats.
We provide you with a Florida fishing license and all the gear you need. Choose from a selection of rods and reels featuring names that professional anglers know and love, including Shimano, Penn, and World Wide Sportsman. You will also have superior fly fishing equipment at your disposal, including G Loomis and ECHO fly rods, Abel reels, and flies hand-tied by Capt. Zach himself.
