If you’re new to the sport, don’t worry… Captain Mark is happy to teach you the ins & outs of light tackle, bottom fishing, spinning, trolling, or drift fishing. We ask that anglers be at least 14 years of age, as we are out on the water for a while. Florida weather is an unpredictable element… Captain Mark has final say on whether the trip will happen due to weather. Some days the weather is not good for the scheduled trip, but good for another type of fishing. The goal of BGS South & Beamers Guide Service is to provide the most enjoyable day of Big Pine Key fishing possible. If the trip is cancelled due to weather, customer will receive a full refund. Included in the cost of your Florida Keys fishing trip is high-quality gear from Penn and Shimano, as well as bait and ice. We also provide your fishing license. You’ll want to bring a hat, sunscreen (no spray sunscreen), non-marking shoes, drinks, food, and a good pair of sunglasses (polarized are best).
