Captain Marc Laurin will be at the helm as you enjoy one of the best West Florida fishing charters. A Florida native, Capt. Marc grew up fishing the inshore and offshore waters of Palm Beach County. Over the course of his many years of fishing in Florida, he has developed a strong passion for Florida fishing and being out on the water. He started running fishing charters in Sarasota so he could share that passion with others and show everyone just how much fun fishing in Sarasota can be.
Your fishing trip with Capt. Marc will begin in Sarasota, FL. Capt. Marc will do everything possible to make sure your trip is a success. He will take you to where the bite is hot, so you may end up exploring the nearby fishing grounds of Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Casey Key, Manatee River, Perico Boyou, Terra Ceia, Bayshore Gardens, Bradenton, and many other wonderful locations near the Sarasota Bay in West Florida.
Fishing will be done aboard Capt. Marc’s 23ft Skeeter bay boat which makes Sarasota fishing charters a dream come true. She is run off a 200hp Yamaha engine that can reach cruising speeds up to 47 knots. She has enough room for you and 3 other guests to enjoy West Florida fishing in comfort. While out on the water, you will see that this fishing vessel is equipped with a GPS, cooler, fishfinder, livewell, power poles, a wireless trolling motor, and all the latest safety equipment needed for a safe trip.
We offer 4, 6, and 8-hour trips cover the nearshore and inshore waters of Sarasota. A special 3-guest trip specifically targeting Tarpon is available for the months of May, June, and July. All of your trips with us will include rods, reels, tackle, lures, bait, and a fishing license. Fly fishing equipment can be provided for those interested. After the trip, we will clean and fillet each catch you are able to keep.
The Sarasota area offers a vast array of fishing opportunities and Capt. Marc will make sure you exploit them fully. While out on nearshore waters we love to target the likes of Cobia, Kingfish, Snapper, Grouper, and many more! Inshore, we tend to chase after Pompano, Snook, Trout, Redfish, and plenty more.
