3/4 Day Trip
This guy is absolutely amazing, you will struggle to find a better educated captain out here. Was denied by several others saying “they didn’t think it’d be worth it to go out and wouldn’t catch anything”. I talked to this guy and he said “bet”. We had action all day, constantly moving and finding the fish and not small stuff, he had us on nice sized yellow jacks all morning, flag yellow tail snappers and nice trigger fish mid day, and then found us some teeth to wrap it up with mackerels, bonita, a massive king fish that snapped me off, and end had some attempts at sailfish he found. This man is amazing and will make sure everyone has a blast no matter what you want, what season you want to go, where you want to fish he will do you right. Highly, highly recommend.

Full Day Trip
Completed a full day with Captain Jay today, and it was the best guided trip I’ve ever done! He arrive and was ready to go 10 minutes before launch time, and wasted no time getting bait fish before heading out to the ocean. He was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and ecosystem and very informative on the way out. When we arrived, he dropped the chum and the yellowtail started hitting in 5 minutes. We spent the whole day catching trigger fish, yellow tail, yellow jack, strawberry grouper and Mangrove snapper. We even hooked a nurse shark, got it up to the boat, and gave it a pet before sending it back to the bottom. When we got back to the docks, Capt Jay filleted all the fish, packaged them up, even offered me ice for my cooler. Overall, I give it an 11/10 experience, and I will definitely be booking another trip next time I come to the area.
