Come experience what the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico have to offer as Captain Alicia Paul guides you on an unforgettable day of fishing. Captain Joe welcomes aboard anglers of all ages and skill levels, from the novice fisherman to the most seasoned angler.

Captain Joe grew up fishing these waters and knows that his experience and knowledge will allow him to ensure your fishing adventure is a memorable one.

Long Shot Charters and Captain Joe welcome you aboard the spacious, custom 41ft Infinity Sportfisher. This vessel is equipped with all the latest marine electronics and safety gear necessary for you to have a safe and productive day on the water. To ensure your trip is comfortable there is a roomy, air-conditioned cabin with lots of seating, a spacious back deck, galley kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker, and an enclosed restroom.

Everything you need for a successful fishing adventure is provided. Your fishing license, rods, reels, tackle, lures and fresh or live bait are all included. Whether you are looking for light tackle trolling, offshore trolling, bottom fishing or going after elusive sharks, Long Shot Charters has the perfect trip for you.

Long Shot Charters offers a variety of options, so you are sure to find your ideal trip. You can choose between 4, 6, 8 or 12 hour trips. While out on your fishing adventure you will be targeting species such as Cobia, Amberjack, Grouper, Snapper, Sheepshead, Sharks, Porgy and more. Long Shot Charters is a family friendly charter and children are always welcome. Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and drinks (no hard liquor, beer is allowed) to enjoy on your trip. And don’t forget your camera to take photos of your catch of the day.

Wonderful Fishing Trip
Our party of 5 had a wonderful fishing experience on our half day trip aboard the Long Shot in June 2020. We caught our limit of red snapper, vermilion snapper, plus a few members of other species. I have walking handicap and am 78 yo. If it wasn't for Capt Alecia and her kind and knowlegable mate, Joe, I couldn't have made this unforgettable trip with my 2 son's and grandsons.
