Being born on the Mississippi Gulf Coast to a family of avid fishermen, I've practically fished my entire life. I started my career in 2008 as a deckhand on a shrimping boat, and the owners also had a couple of inshore/nearshore charter boats, which is where I realized my passion for teaching others how to fish! I continued to deckhand for the next 5 years and decided to become a Captain, and I ran their boats for the next few years before I grew my own wings. I moved to Corpus Christi in 2015, where I fell in love with the beautiful and abundant fisheries of the Laguna Madre and Baffin Bay. I've been fortunate to learn and fish with some of the best in the business. I've fished the entire northern Gulf Coast from Tampa, FL, to Port Isabel, TX. Although I love to catch fish myself, there is no better feeling than making someone's day and seeing them catch their first fish or their personal best. Being a father of 5, I know the importance of teaching children of all ages and lifestyles the ways of the water.
