Orange Beach into the remote waters of the Gulf! These water’s experience much less fishing
pressure due to the limited access, meaning the local gamefish can grow to truly monstrous
sizes!
Capt. Mike will steer you in his Hatteras Sportfisher boat originally built in 1969 and restored in 2016. Powered by duel 370HP Cummins engines, with a maximum cruising speed of 20 knots. Captain Mike’s vessel can hold a capacity of up to six people.
You can expect Capt. Mike to have all of your equipment, fishing license, and drinks covered. It is recommended to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and snacks. Be sure to bring a personal cooler
for all of the fresh fillets you’ll be able to bring home, Captain Mike and the Sure Shot fishing
team will clean the day’s catch at a minimal cost after the trip!
The most common species that you will come across include Amberjack, Barracuda, Cobia, and Mahi Mahi. Captain Mike’s boat allows you to fish in comfort. The vessel includes a bathroom, a shower with hot water, a kitchen, and a cabin with AC. The boat also contains a flybridge with a tower, navigational electronics, and outriggers.
