Your group of six will climb aboard our beautiful 31’ Rampage Sport Fisherman with twin 270 HP Cummins engines. The boat’s name is “Tuna Wahoo” and is equipped with the latest navigational equipment, tackle, live well, and safety gear (which either meets or exceeds all U.S. Coast Guard requirements). We also have an enclosed head for completely privacy when nature calls! “Tuna Wahoo” is wheelchair accessible; please let us know if your group has any special needs and Captain Rich and Crew will be happy to accommodate you.
Tuna Wahoo Fishing Charters offers half day (4 hours), 3/4 day (6 hours), and full day (8 hours) fishing trips. We head offshore in the Atlantic Ocean and target Sailfish, Grouper, Marlin, Wahoo, Mahi, Cobia, Black Drum, African Pompano, Bonito, Mackerel, and more! Included in the trip price are fishing licenses for all anglers, rods, reels, bait, tackle, and ice. Bring your favorite food and beverages, we always have water and cokes on board. b
Boating shoes or sneakers are good (no black-soled shoes), and be sure to dress appropriately for the weather (sunscreen and sunglasses are a must). You are welcome to bring your own tackle if you prefer. We will clean and bag the catch for you (although we encourage the catch and release of billfish and sharks).
Most trips we drift fish with a kite and live baits for Sailfish, Mahi, King Mackerel, Cobia, Blackfin tuna, and Wahoo. While we are drifting I will give you bottom fishing rods for Mutton Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Porgies and Triggerfish. There is always something going on !!
